Use the Career Database

To view and use the Career Database information, you need to download the database as an Excel file. You can download all of the careers in the database or download only the new careers that were added in a particular version of the database. The database is typically updated twice per year.

  1. Sign In to the Career Database.
  2. To download all of the careers in the database
    1. Select Download all careers.
    2. Click Download.
      An Excel file that contains all of the careers in the database is downloaded to your computer.
  3. To download only new careers
    1. Select Download careers added in selected versions.
    2. Click Select one or more and click on the versions you want to download.

      An Excel file that contains all of the new careers in versions you selected is downloaded to your computer.
