Analyze Text

Once the target text has been entered into the tool, ensure that
the following steps have been taken:
- Included only plain text
- Retained all text items appropriate for measurement
- Removed all text items inappropriate for measurement
- Applied the editing guidelines

Then click Analyze at the bottom of the screen to receive the
results.
Immediately after clicking Analyze, measurement results will appear at the top of your screen and the event will be recorded in Your Documents.

From your results screen you can:
- Click the More dropdown menu to edit tags and enter the email
addresses of colleagues for sharing.Note: The document sharing feature requires set up by MetaMetrics.
- Click View Document History to see a measurement history popup.
- Click Download to download the measured text as a .txt file.
- Click inside the entry boxes below Create New Revision to revise your text.
- Click the More dropdown menu to edit tags and enter the email
addresses of colleagues for sharing.
