Editing Users

Organization administrators can edit users from Account Management.

Deactivated users cannot sign in to the Metametrics® Partner Portal. However, any documents they have measured will still be available for active users in the organization.
  1. On Account Management, click , in the ACTIONS column for the user you want to edit.
    Edit User opens.
  2. Edit the user information as required.
  3. Optional: Click Active to make the user active or inactive.
  4. Click Update.
