Support Hours and Maintenance
MetaMetrics typically responds to requests during business hours. Support Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, Eastern time zone. This excludes major US holidays. Existing issues may be worked to resolution outside of normal support hours, but new issues being reported outside of normal support hours may not be worked until the next business day.
Maintenance is planned on a quarterly basis. Low severity issues may be resolved as part of this normal maintenance cycle. Maintenance deployments do not normally cause an interruption in service. If a service interruption is expected, customers will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
