Get Support with Issues
MetaMetrics strives to deliver a reliable customer experience but our customers may occasionally encounter an issue with MetaMetrics' products or services. When this happens, it’s important to understand how to report an issue so it can be resolved.
When an issue is encountered, use the Contact Support form to get help.
The form will ask for basic contact information, the product or service that’s experiencing an issue, the issue, the issue severity, and a description. To help resolve the issue more effectively, we ask the customer to include the steps that caused the issue as part of the description. For example, they clicked on a particular button when using a product in Google Chrome and received a 404 error. When relevant, customers should follow up via email with screenshots that can help identify and resolve the issue more quickly.
